Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform building maintenance, carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance services, with a focus on hydraulic systems and general minor repairs. Minor masonry, painting, and basic electrical repairs **JOB OPENING: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – MOEMA (SP)** We are seeking an experienced **Maintenance Technician** with expertise in **hydraulics**, to perform building maintenance in the **Moema – São Paulo** region. Main Responsibilities: * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance services; * Maintenance and repairs on hydraulic systems (e.g., faucet, valve, shut-off valve, trap, drain unclogging, pipe repairs, flush tank repairs, etc.); * Minor masonry, painting, and basic electrical repairs; * Supervising third-party service providers when necessary; * Daily inspection of facilities to identify potential issues; * Assisting in organizing work materials and tools. Requirements: * Proven experience in this role; * Knowledge of building hydraulic maintenance; * Basic knowledge of electricity and civil maintenance; * Commitment, responsibility, and punctuality; * Ability to work effectively in a team.
