




Job Summary: Carry out corrective and preventive building maintenance on facilities, support construction and renovation projects, and be available for travel and overnight stays. Prepare inspection and technical diagnostic reports Execute corrective and preventive maintenance services on building installations, including general civil interventions, ensuring the preservation, functionality, and safety of structures and systems, as well as supporting construction and renovation activities when required, with availability for travel and overnight stays. Perform building maintenance services on electrical, hydraulic, and civil installations. Conduct general repairs and adjustments, including but not limited to replacements, corrections, reconstructions, and work on structures and installations. Identify failures, damages, and intervention requirements, reporting to leadership when applicable. Support services performed by suppliers and third-party teams when requested. Support new construction, renovation, and expansion projects as directed. Use tools, equipment, and PPE correctly, ensuring safety, organization, and site preservation. Update maintenance records, including intervention and repair history in computerized systems, applications, or manual logs. Prepare inspection and technical diagnostic reports for equipment, proposing corrective and preventive actions. Assist in managing inventory items, tools, and spare parts required for maintenance activities.
