Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing electrical, hydraulic, building/civil, and system maintenance, as well as preventive inspections to ensure proper facility operation. Key Highlights: 1. Performs electrical, hydraulic, and building/civil maintenance 2. Monitors and repairs air conditioning and elevator systems 3. Conducts preventive inspections to extend the service life of facilities Main Responsibilities: * **Electrical Maintenance:** Replacing light bulbs, repairing outlets, switches, electrical panels, and wiring. * **Hydraulic Maintenance:** Fixing faucets, leaks, unclogging drains, water pumps, and sewage systems. * **Building/Civil Maintenance:** Minor repairs to walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, and adjustments to doors, windows, and furniture. * **System Maintenance:** Monitoring and performing minor repairs on air conditioning systems, elevators, and other building equipment. * **Prevention:** Conducting regular inspections to identify issues before they become serious, thereby extending the service life of facilities.
