Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for electrical, hydraulic, building/civil, and systems maintenance, including preventive inspections to extend the service life of facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Performs electrical, hydraulic, building/civil, and systems maintenance. 2. Focuses on preventive repairs and extending the service life of facilities. Main Responsibilities: * **Electrical Maintenance:** Replacing light bulbs, repairing outlets, switches, electrical panels, and wiring. * **Hydraulic Maintenance:** Fixing faucets, leaks, unclogging drains, water pumps, and sewage systems. * **Building/Civil Maintenance:** Minor repairs to walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, and adjustments to doors, windows, and furniture. * **Systems Maintenance:** Monitoring and performing minor repairs on air conditioning systems, elevators, and other building equipment. * **Prevention:** Conducting regular inspections to identify issues before they become serious, thereby increasing the service life of facilities.
