Perform masonry repairs on walls and floors, including finishing; . Apply paint on various surfaces (latex, enamel, and varnish); . Perform minor plumbing repairs, such as replacing faucets, valves, and shut-off valves; . Carry out maintenance on doors and windows, including replacing locks and hinges; . Perform roof maintenance, including tile replacement and gutter cleaning; . Perform general services such as item mounting and installation; . Support general preservation of the unit's facilities. **Requirements:** . Completed high school education; . Relevant work experience; . Knowledge of masonry, painting, and plumbing; . NR35 certification (work at heights).
