Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning, managing, and executing preventive and predictive maintenance for civil facilities, resource control, and performance analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis of indicators to optimize maintenance * **Maintenance Planning:** Create, review, and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans for civil facilities (masonry, painting, roofing, hydraulic systems, etc.). * **Work Order (WO) Management:** Issue, schedule, and prioritize work orders in the system, defining scope, technical resources, and deadlines. * **Material and Resource Control:** Identify and requisition required materials/parts in advance, managing inventory and maintenance costs. * **Field Surveys and Diagnosis:** Conduct field surveys to identify repair and improvement needs for structures. * **Indicator Analysis:** Monitor KPIs (key performance indicators) to measure asset reliability and team efficiency, such as downtime. * **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of maintenance history, complete technical reports, and ensure compliance with technical and safety standards (SSMA). **Typical Requirements:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and maintenance management systems.
