This is an opportunity to become part of a dedicated team and work in an environment that values care and excellence. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across all areas of the motel; * Monitor the condition of facilities and report any repair needs; * Collaborate with other teams to ensure high-quality service. **Requirements:** * Experience in building maintenance. * Knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment; * Experience in electrical and plumbing systems; * Availability to work on a rotating 6x1 schedule with one day off per week \+ one Sunday off per rotation. **Salary and Benefits:** * Salary of R$ 2,021.00 * Hazard pay allowance of 30% * We offer a collaborative work environment; * The opportunity to be part of a team committed to excellence. * Meal allowance of R$ 200.00 per month, contingent upon no unjustified absences. * On-site meals * Transportation voucher as per CLT, with 6% deduction * Unimed Santos health plan with co-payment. * SulAmérica dental plan for R$ 13.00 (optional) * Life insurance including funeral assistance * Fuel allowance of R$ 200.00 for personal vehicle Tout Motel values diversity and seeks professionals who share our values of professionalism and commitment.
