Negotiation skills and contract management with suppliers Description: Education: Completed High School; Experience: Minimum of 2 years in coordination, supervision, or team leadership roles within maintenance functions in retail, industry, or related areas. Behavioral/Technical Skills: * Technical knowledge in building, electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, refrigeration, and general equipment maintenance; * Ability to coordinate internal teams and align requirements clearly, systematically, and with a focus on results; * Capability to analyze priorities, make decisions, and solve problems swiftly; * Responsibility and attention to detail, considering that errors may lead to operational risks and financial losses; * Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure when facing urgent demands; * Communication and interpersonal skills for interaction across different departments; * Organizational skills for controlling materials, budgets, and maintenance records; * Familiarity with service desk tools (e.g., GLPI) and intermediate computer proficiency; * Negotiation skills for procurement and promotional activities with suppliers; * Discomfort with high prices, continuously seeking the best commercial terms and negotiating to pay the lowest possible price without compromising quality; * Ability to manage contracts and maintain ethical, effective relationships with suppliers; Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree or completed technical course in Administration, Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, or related fields. * Coordinate and guide internal maintenance technicians, ensuring fulfillment of tickets registered in the GLPI system; * Monitor demand flow, prioritizing responses based on criticality, operational impact, and agreed deadlines; * Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across all store facilities (electrical, hydraulic, refrigeration, structural, equipment, etc.); * Conduct quotations, negotiate pricing, and engage third-party services as needed, ensuring quality and compliance with internal standards; * Physically supervise third-party services to ensure delivery per agreement and adherence to technical standards; * Procure maintenance materials, ensuring appropriate use of resources; * Provide technical support to the internal team, stepping in for execution when necessary—always focusing on ensuring operational availability; * Safeguard equipment, facilities, and tools, ensuring safe usage and proper preservation; * Prepare maintenance reports, monitor area KPIs, and propose continuous improvements; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including PPE usage, safe work practices, and adherence to applicable NRs; * Maintain effective interdepartmental relationships, ensuring alignment of needs and follow-up on service requests. 2511190202461875893
