Develop and train maintenance teams Maintenance Coordinator \| REQ482857 Location: Várzea de Baixo – São Paulo/SP (CEP 04730\-000\) Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48 Salary: R$ 7\.000,00 Employment Type: CLT About the Role We are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to manage teams, processes, and contracts, ensuring operational excellence, SLA compliance, and high-quality service delivery. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate maintenance teams and ensure execution of activities at sites * Ensure SLA compliance (minimum 98%) * Monitor corrective, preventive, and specialized maintenance activities * Manage contracts and performance indicators * Conduct training sessions, performance evaluations, and team development * Address non-conformities identified during audits * Ensure delivery of monthly reports and presentations * Review and keep Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) up to date * Control overtime hours per management alignment * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of PPEs/collective protective equipment * Maintain facility integrity and comply with the Preventive Maintenance and Operational Control Plan (PMOC) Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering * Minimum 5 years’ experience coordinating maintenance teams * Experience managing SLAs and performance indicators * Experience conducting training and developing operational procedures * Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance * Knowledge of maintenance contract management * Proficiency in building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and automation) * Knowledge of PMOC * Familiarity with Regulatory Norms (NR\-10, NR\-12, NR\-17, and NR\-35\) * Proficiency in CMMS, ERP, and Advanced Office Suite * Experience drafting and reviewing SOPs * Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications * Experience in corporate or multi-site environments * Experience with audits and high-performance indicators Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$5\.000,00 \- R$7\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
