Performs basic repairs and environmental maintenance The Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for supporting preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the institution's facilities, ensuring the proper functioning of physical infrastructure, environmental safety, and space conservation. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform basic maintenance tasks (replacing light bulbs, ballasts, switches, and outlets); * Carry out minor plumbing repairs (faucets, flush valves, simple leaks); * Support masonry, painting, and finishing maintenance; * Conduct environmental maintenance and organization activities for indoor and outdoor areas; * Supervise third-party service providers when necessary; * Perform periodic inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs; * Support assembly and disassembly of structures and furniture; * Ensure appropriate use of tools, equipment, and materials.
