Job Summary: Responsible for general maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and organization at Charada Brewery units, including facilities, equipment, vehicles, furniture, and transportation of supplies. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and equipment. 2. Responsible for cleaning and organizing environments and vehicles. 3. Logistical and procurement support for units. Job Responsibilities: 1\. Follow Charada Brewery's safety, hygiene, and quality standards; 2\. Perform maintenance, repair, cleaning, and restoration services at Charada Brewery units; 3\. Inspect, repair, and ensure proper operation of Charada Brewery equipment: 4\. Inspect, repair, and ensure proper operation of Pub electrical systems \- lighting, outlets, switches, and others; 5\. Inspect, repair, and ensure proper operation of Pub plumbing systems \- sinks, faucets, toilets, grease traps, and others; 6\. Inspect, repair, and ensure proper operation of Pub buildings and furniture \- masonry, flooring, tables, chairs, umbrellas, and others; 7\. Clean and maintain Charada Brewery vehicles; 8\. Report to immediate supervisor, whenever necessary, the need to hire specialized technical service experts for specific repairs and maintenance; 9\. Procure and transport products or supplies to Charada Brewery units; 10\. Transport and relocate products, items, tools, and general machinery; 11\. Organize and maintain optimized storage of equipment and/or products in physical spaces, on shelves, racks, pallets, containers, and equipment, etc.; 12\. Complete routine activity checklists; 13\. Daily complete the Maintenance History Log, describing performed activities; Transport and relocate products or supplies; Ensure waste is properly collected, packaged, and disposed of; Perform cleaning, hygiene, and preservation of Charada Brewery Pubs; Follow instructions and perform workplace cleaning, hygiene, and safety; Replace and install damaged parts and/or components of equipment; Perform maintenance in premises, inventories, and equipment; Assist with other maintenance and cleaning tasks as requested; Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: Starting from R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
