Job Summary: A general maintenance professional focused on plumbing, painting, masonry, and structural repairs, supporting renovations and preventive/corrective maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Support renovations and preventive/corrective maintenance 2. Perform cleaning and unclogging of pipelines and WWTPs 3. Daily maintenance of Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs) Description: What will we evaluate? * Basic knowledge in: * Plumbing (pipelines and pipeline unclogging) * Painting and minor structural repairs * Masonry * Fundamentals of low-complexity preventive and corrective maintenance What will be the responsibilities and challenges? * Support execution of facility renovations, including floor and tile installation, plastering, masonry (brickwork), door, frame, and window installation, as well as drain and concrete floor repairs. * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities, such as machine cleaning, replacement of low-complexity bearings, and maintenance of hydraulic pipelines. * Perform cleaning and unclogging of stormwater drains, floor drains, and pipelines used in the production process. * Carry out daily maintenance of the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), including chemical dosing, surface cleaning of lagoons, grease traps, and static screens. * Assist in assembling prefabricated furniture, installing supports, picture frames, and similar items. * Perform painting on metal and wooden surfaces as required. * Conduct low-complexity roof repairs. * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper storage of tools, equipment, and the work environment, adhering to the 5S methodology principles. * Report all tasks, demands, and difficulties encountered during task execution to the immediate supervisor. 2512040202181577571
