Description

Job Summary: Performing general building maintenance services with emphasis on low-voltage electrical systems, supplemented by activities in mechanical, hydraulic, masonry, painting, and carpentry. Key Highlights: 1. General building maintenance with focus on low-voltage electrical systems 2. Work across multiple areas: mechanical, hydraulic, masonry, painting, carpentry 3. Conducting inspections, tests, and preventive/corrective diagnostics Execution of general building maintenance services, with emphasis on low-voltage electrical systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical installations and equipment in accordance with technical standards (NR10 and NBR 5410\). Performance of complementary activities in: Mechanical: assembly, disassembly, adjustments, and repairs of machines and equipment; Hydraulic: maintenance of piping networks, repairs to plumbing, pumps, sanitary ware, and water systems; Masonry: minor construction works, renovations, cladding, flooring, and structural corrections; Painting: surface preparation and application of various types of paint; Carpentry: repairs and adjustments to furniture, doors, and wooden structures. Conducting inspections, tests, diagnostics, and preventive and corrective maintenance on installations.
