Job Summary: Professional responsible for installing and testing fire suppression systems, operating piping projects, and conducting inspections and preventive maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Inspection and preventive maintenance of fire protection systems This position requires installation and testing of fire suppression systems; operation of piping installation projects, including defining pipe routing and dimensions; specification, quantification, and inspection of materials and equipment; performance of fluid pressure operational tests and fire network leak-tightness tests; inspection using auxiliary software for preventive maintenance routines; completion of pre-prepared checklists for evaluating fire suppression systems. Key tasks include: pressurizing the network, aligning pipes according to specified angles, defining piping routes, re-performing tests, installing fittings and equipment, releasing the network for use, gluing pipes, demonstrating numerical skills, sorting materials by measurements and types, identifying faults or defects, testing operational equipment, testing repairs of fittings or equipment, cutting walls, cutting slabs, cutting floors, excavating trenches, completing material requisition forms, identifying fluid pressure, sealing pipes, and joining pipes. Experience in installation and maintenance of hydrant systems, automatic sprinklers, pump rooms, and piping is a plus.
