Job Summary: A Helper is responsible for assisting in preventive/corrective maintenance activities, performing repairs to building facilities, and ensuring safe environments. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in building maintenance and facility preservation. 2. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and preservation of building areas. 3. Use PPE and materials according to safety regulations and internal procedures. A Helper is responsible for assisting in preventive/corrective maintenance activities, performing repairs to building facilities, and ensuring all environments are safe. Key responsibilities include: * Perform and assist with various building maintenance and facility preservation tasks, including simple repairs in civil, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry areas, as needed and per supervision instructions. * Ensure cleanliness, organization, and preservation of building areas, maintaining safe and orderly environments. * Assist in cleaning and organizing the maintenance area, removing unused materials and properly arranging tools and equipment. * Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and materials according to safety regulations and internal procedures.
