Job Summary: Multifunctional maintenance professional to assist with building services, environment organization and conservation, and support the operational team. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to accompany service providers and the team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance tasks (plumbing, basic electrical work, painting, masonry, and minor repairs); * Support conservation and organization of common areas and company facilities; * Perform technical cleaning of equipment when necessary; * Assist in transportation and organization of materials and tools; * Accompany third-party service providers; * Support the operational team in daily tasks; * Follow safety regulations and internal procedures. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in building maintenance or operational activities is a plus; * Proactivity, organization, and willingness to perform operational tasks.
