Requires proactivity and attention to detail in operational services **POSITION/FUNCTION**: Gas and Water Meter Reader **EMPLOYMENT TYPE**: CLT **WORK LOCATION**: Residential and/or commercial condominiums **OPERATIONAL REGION**: Caxias do Sul, Bento Gonçalves, Farroupilha, and Gramado. **COMPENSATION**: * R$ 1.833,00 \+ 30% hazard pay **BENEFITS**: * Meal Voucher: R$238.42 per month * Food Allowance: R$25.20/day * Life Insurance * Company-provided motorcycle **WORK SCHEDULE**: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM \| Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **FUNCTION OBJECTIVE** Reading individual water and/or gas consumption meters in residential and commercial units, while also performing operational procedures such as supply cutoff, blocking, unblocking, reconnection, and preventive visual inspection—ensuring accurate consumption measurement and identification of potential maintenance requirements. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Conduct monthly meter readings for consumer units (houses/apartments) located in the regions of Caxias do Sul, Farroupilha, Bento Gonçalves, and Gramado. * Accurately record consumption data in the provided system or spreadsheet; * Perform the following services: * Supply cutoff; * Blocking; * Unblocking; * Reconnection; * Identify visible irregularities, leaks, or possible technical faults in meters; * Notify the contracting party regarding the need for preventive or corrective maintenance; * Ensure integrity of metering equipment; * Meet agreed deadlines for meter readings and other services; * Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with condominium residents. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Guarantee the accuracy of collected information; * Comply with applicable safety regulations; * Use PPE when required; * Maintain confidentiality of customer information; * Report identified risks or irregularities. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Prior experience in field-based services; * Driver's license category A; * Basic knowledge of plumbing and/or gas installations; * Organization and accountability; * Strong communication skills; * Ability to work outdoors. **BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES** * Organization and discipline; * Proactivity; * Technical accountability; * Attention to detail; * Autonomy in task execution.
