A professional responsible for technical supervision, quality control, and project management, ensuring compliance and effective communication among all parties.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Supervision and Inspection: Regularly visit the construction site to inspect foundations, structures, electrical and plumbing installations, and overall workmanship quality.
* Quality Control: Ensure that materials and services meet project specifications and technical standards.
* Schedule and Cost Management: Monitor the schedule, approve progress measurements, request addendums, and manage resources to prevent delays and waste.
* Legal Compliance: Ensure all required permits, regulations, and official records (e.g., ARTs) are up to date to avoid legal issues.
* Documentation: Maintain detailed records, reports, and a complete project archive for transparency and future reference.
* Communication: Act as a liaison between the construction team, contractor, designers, and other stakeholders, providing guidance and resolving issues.
* Safety: Verify compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
Essential Requirements:
1\. Education:
* Technical Level: Technical course in Electrical Engineering.
* Higher Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
2\. Professional Registration: Active registration with the Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy (CREA) or the Council of Architecture and Urbanism (CAU) is mandatory for higher education professionals.
3\. Technical Knowledge:
* Ability to read and interpret project documents (drawings, specifications, technical memoranda).
* Familiarity with technical standards (ABNT), occupational safety, and current legislation.
* Knowledge of physical-financial schedules and measurement procedures.
Behavioral Skills (Soft Skills):
* Communication: Mediate between the construction team, contractor, and client; issue service orders and reports.
* Attention to Detail: Identify non-conformities and defects in execution or materials.
* Impartiality and Firmness: Act objectively and ethically to ensure rule adherence.
* Organization: Maintain complete archives (project documents, ARTs/RRTs, photos, measurements).
Experience and Certifications (Preferred):
* Internships and prior experience on construction sites.
* Specialized courses in project management, safety, or specific regulations.
* Market-recognized certifications.
