




Job Summary: A professional responsible for supervising and inspecting construction works to ensure quality, legal compliance, schedule/cost management, and communication among all involved parties. RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervision and Inspection: Regularly visit the construction site to inspect foundations, structures, electrical and hydraulic installations, and overall workmanship quality. * Quality Control: Ensure materials and services comply with project specifications and technical standards. * Schedule and Cost Management: Monitor the project schedule, approve measurements, request amendments, and manage resources to prevent delays and waste. * Legal Compliance: Ensure all required licenses, regulations, and official records (e.g., ARTs) are up to date to avoid legal issues. * Documentation: Maintain detailed records, reports, and a complete project archive for transparency and future reference. * Communication: Serve as a liaison between the construction team, contractor, designers, and other stakeholders, providing guidance and resolving issues. * Safety: Verify compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. REQUIREMENTS Essential Requirements: 1\. Education: * Technical Level: Technical Course in Electrical Engineering * Higher Education Level: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. 2\. Professional Registration: Active registration with the Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy (CREA) or the Council of Architecture and Urbanism (CAU) is mandatory for higher education professionals. 3\. Technical Knowledge: * Ability to read and interpret design documents (floor plans, specifications, technical memoranda). * Familiarity with technical standards (ABNT), occupational safety regulations, and current legislation. * Knowledge of physical\-financial schedules and measurement processes. Behavioral Skills (Soft Skills): * Communication: Mediate among the team, contractor, and client; issue service orders and reports. * Attention to Detail: Identify nonconformities and defects in execution or materials. * Impartiality and Firmness: Act objectively and ethically to ensure adherence to rules. * Organization: Maintain complete archives (design documents, ARTs/RRTs, photos, measurements). Experience and Certifications (Preferred): * Internships and prior experience on construction sites. * Specialized training in project management, safety, or specific technical standards. * Industry-recognized certifications.
