Conducts preventive and corrective maintenance A Civil Maintenance Technician performs building repair and maintenance services, maintaining the physical structure of buildings—including plumbing, masonry, painting, flooring, and roofing—as well as assisting with electrical and air conditioning systems, thereby ensuring facility safety and proper operation through preventive and corrective maintenance, in compliance with technical and safety standards. * **Electrical:** Replacing light bulbs, repairing outlets, circuit breakers, and minor repairs to electrical panels. * **Plumbing:** Unclogging sinks, repairing faucets, detecting and fixing leaks. * **Structural/General:** Minor repairs to walls, floors, plaster, painting, and furniture assembly. * **Inspection:** Periodic inspections to identify wear and prevent major failures. * **Safety:** Ensures compliance with occupational health and safety regulations (NRs), fire prevention standards, and environmental regulations.
