Job Summary: Assist in construction projects and renovations by performing support services in civil construction, preparing construction sites, mixing materials, and assisting with demolitions and debris organization. Perform support services in civil construction **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience as a Mason's Laborer or Construction Helper; * Basic knowledge of civil construction activities. **PROFILE:** * Responsibility, ability to work in a team, proactivity, agility, commitment, and organization. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform support services in civil construction, assisting in construction projects and renovations; Prepare construction sites; Carry out excavations and dig trenches for foundations; Prepare mortars and mix materials such as cement, sand, water, and gravel manually; Assist in building demolition, removal of floors, finishes, roofing, plumbing installations, and concrete structures; Remove and organize reusable debris; Perform loading, unloading, and transportation of materials using wheelbarrows or manual tools; Maintain tools, equipment, and the workplace; Clean service areas; Perform other duties related to the position. **BENEFITS:** * Life insurance; * SESI agreement; * Meal card; * Dental plan; * Work schedule: Monday to Friday; * Company-provided transportation, transit pass, or fuel allowance.
