Job Summary: Responsible for general maintenance of building facilities, including basic hydraulic, electrical, and civil repairs, ensuring the building's preservation. Key Highlights: 1. General maintenance of building facilities 2. Intermediate electrical and plumbing services 3. Maintaining common areas \- General maintenance of building facilities (hydraulic, electrical, and basic civil). Minor repairs to walls, floors, doors, windows, and roofs. \- Repairs to hydraulic systems, such as faucets, valves, flush tanks, and piping. \- Intermediate electrical services, such as replacing light bulbs, outlets, switches, and inspecting wiring. \- Painting and finishing in areas requiring repairs. Assembly and maintenance of building furniture and equipment. \- Supervision and support of specialized technical services, when required. \- Ensuring preservation and proper functioning of the building's common areas. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Proven experience in building maintenance, especially electrical and plumbing; Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance; Completion of NR10, NR35, and other relevant safety courses; Agile, organized, communicative, flexible, and responsible profile.
