Job Summary: A professional to perform preventive and corrective building maintenance on installations, identifying and repairing structural, furniture, and lighting needs. Key Highlights: 1. Main Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building installations (electrical, plumbing, masonry, and painting); * Identify and report structural repair needs; * Carry out minor repairs to furniture, doors, locks, lighting, and equipment; * Maintain internal and external areas. Working Hours: * Monday to Thursday: 08:00 to 18:00 * Friday: 08:00 to 17:00 Compensation and Benefits: * Salary: R$ 2.166,00 * On-site meal * Food allowance: R$ 330,00 * Transportation allowance Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level)
