Our selection processes are conducted impartially, emphasizing respect and equality. **All positions are also open to persons with disabilities (PCD).** **Responsibilities and Duties** The professional will be responsible for developing, organizing, and coordinating architectural projects in BIM environments, acting from the initial conception phases through to construction documentation and 3D modeling. Key activities include: * Preparing preliminary studies, conceptual proposals, architectural solutions, and technical layouts; * Developing basic and construction architectural projects, adhering to technical standards, current legislation, and client guidelines; * Performing BIM modeling of buildings, urban areas, public facilities, and other architectural elements; * Producing electronic 3D mockups, images, perspectives, and technical and institutional graphic materials; * Coordinating architectural projects with other disciplines—including structural, electrical, hydraulic, drainage, urban infrastructure, landscaping, and accessibility; * Organizing, reviewing, and updating BIM models to ensure standardization, traceability, and information consistency; * Preparing technical drawings, descriptive memoranda, quantity take-offs, and graphical documentation extracted from models; * Supporting technical coordination in interference analysis, deliverable review, and contractual requirement compliance; * Participating in technical meetings with internal teams, clients, consultants, and other project stakeholders; * Ensuring application of best practices in modeling, naming conventions, file organization, and version control. **Requirements and Qualifications** The professional must possess technical expertise in architecture, BIM modeling, and graphical representation of projects, along with knowledge of applicable standards and procedures for technical project development. Essential knowledge for this role includes: * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning, with active professional registration at CAU; * Proficiency in BIM software, especially Autodesk Revit; * Knowledge of modeling, rendering, and presentation software such as SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, AutoCAD, Navisworks, or similar tools; * Experience in developing architectural projects across preliminary study, basic design, and construction documentation phases; * Knowledge of multidisciplinary project coordination; * Ability to read and interpret complementary project documents; * Familiarity with ABNT technical standards related to architecture, accessibility, performance, graphical representation, and technical documentation; * Knowledge of NBR 9050 – Accessibility; * Understanding of planning, deliverable organization, revision control, and technical file management; * Ability to prepare descriptive memoranda, area schedules, quantity take-offs, and technical documentation; * Knowledge of BIM workflows, model development levels, information extraction, and model coordination; * Preferred: familiarity with public agency standards, manuals, and technical project contract requirements. **Additional Information** * Medical assistance (no deduction for the employee) * Dental assistance * Daycare allowance * Internal library * Total Pass * Meal/food allowance * Transportation allowance * Life insurance * SESC benefits * Birthday day off * Work model: Monday to Friday (hybrid) * Market-aligned remuneration * Multiple partnerships and discounts with educational institutions, language schools, and leisure providers * Workplace address: Avenida Juscelino Kubitschek, 1327 – Vila Nova Conceição.
