Execution of masonry, carpentry, painting, and plumbing services The Artificer is a multifunctional professional responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and minor construction tasks across various fields, including masonry, carpentry, painting, and plumbing. This position requires manual dexterity to carry out diverse hands-on tasks, ensuring facility and equipment preservation and optimal functionality. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities and equipment, covering areas such as plumbing, masonry, painting, carpentry, and related fields. * Carry out minor repairs on physical structures, including walls, floors, doors, windows, and plumbing systems. * Install and assemble various items, such as furniture, shelves, partitions, lighting fixtures, and other required equipment. * Conduct periodic inspections of facilities to identify and correct potential failures or repair needs. * Assist in organizing and preserving the workplace, maintaining cleanliness and safety at maintenance activity sites. * Support small-scale construction projects by performing tasks such as surface preparation, painting, floor laying, among others. * Respond promptly to maintenance requests and calls, delivering timely and high-quality service to departmental demands. * Monitor and manage the use and storage of work materials and tools, requesting replenishment when necessary. * Adhere to occupational safety regulations and procedures, using personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensuring workplace safety. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education. * Prior experience in building maintenance or as an artificer. * Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, masonry, painting, and carpentry. * Ability to operate manual and electric tools. * Basic ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. * Certifications in NR-10 and NR-35 (a plus). * Availability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance requests.
