Key Responsibilities: 1. Raw material and concrete component receipt and inspection 2. Conducting aggregate volume and moisture content tests 3. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of areas Assist in various activities related to raw material receipt and plant preservation. Concrete Component Materials Inspector, responsible for receiving and inspecting material quantity and quality through measurement tests, and managing material inventory control. Store received materials in designated locations, collect samples for required controls, and label them with batch numbers and receipt dates. Perform cleaning tasks to maintain clean and organized areas, in accordance with established instructions and standards. Conduct volume and moisture content tests on fine aggregates from trucks, adhering to specific procedures to ensure optimal performance during material receipt. Authorize unloading of MCC (Mobile Concrete Crushers) in the yard and enter received invoices into the system (Excel / SAP). Monitor and verify receipt of cement, admixtures, and aggregates. Coordinate with the responsible party to schedule MCC requests and organize truck traffic at the plant.
