Job Summary: Supervise and execute forest harvesting and transportation operations, including planning, inspection, and quality control. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of Harvesting and Forest Transportation Operations 2. Execution of Forest Microplanning 3. Quality Control and Performance Indicators Supervise harvesting (felling and skidding) and transportation operations. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Responsible for collecting data from Grune's continuous forest inventory across its areas, as well as entering the data and issuing reports. * Monitor service providers' operations. * Develop and implement microplanning for forest transportation, felling, and skidding. * Define cutting, skidding, and transportation areas (compartments) jointly with the coordinator. * Define log stacking areas within compartments. * Maintain and construct roads and access routes. * Conduct and control moisture testing of eucalyptus logs in the field according to company procedures. * Hold meetings with the team and service providers to review microplan progress. * Develop performance indicators related to the efficiency of eucalyptus felling, harvesting, skidding, and transportation processes, focusing on cost reduction, productivity improvement, moisture control, and safety risk mitigation. * Conduct and control moisture testing of eucalyptus logs in the field according to procedures. * Comply with all occupational health and safety regulations, guidelines, instructions, and/or procedures, and correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE) provided by the company. * Adhere to company policies, rules, code of conduct, and all internal procedures applicable to the position (quality, environment, safety, human resources, and operational procedures within the area of responsibility), and participate in internal and/or external training sessions requested by the company. * Perform other duties related and inherent to the position. * Pursue continuous improvement of the processes involved in the role. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed High School or Technical Education \- Agricultural / Forestry / Agribusiness * Brazilian National Driver's License Category B * Experience in the Forestry Sector (wood harvesting and transportation) Minimum Educational Requirement: Technical Course * Meal/Voucher Allowance * Life Insurance * Gympass (Wellhub) * Commuter Bus Service * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance
