Focused on quality and innovation, it provides services that meet its clients' needs. **Responsibilities:** Operate heavy machinery, including backhoes, excavators, tractors, compacting rollers, and motor graders. Perform excavation, earthmoving, leveling, and soil transportation tasks. Assist in preparing sites for civil construction projects. Load and unload materials as required. Inspect machinery before operation to ensure proper working conditions. Perform basic maintenance and report malfunctions or repair requirements. Strictly comply with safety regulations and guidelines for operating heavy equipment. Interpret instructions provided by the engineer or site supervisor. Maintain and clean used machinery. Support project progress according to the established schedule. Work will be conducted in Mauá, São Paulo. Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, Operations Technician, or Production Line Operator may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
