Work with a focus on safety and quality of tasks. We are seeking a **Machinery Operator** with experience in **backhoe loaders** to join our construction team in the ABCDM region. We seek a responsible professional attentive to safety and committed to the quality of executed tasks. **Responsibilities:** * Operate **backhoe loaders** for excavation, backfilling, loading, and material handling; * Support field teams in infrastructure and sanitation activities; * Perform daily equipment inspections, checking fluid levels, hydraulic systems, and tires; * Strictly comply with company safety regulations and operational procedures; * Maintain equipment condition and report any maintenance requirements. **Requirements:** * **Proven experience** as a Backhoe Loader Operator; * **Driver's license category D**; * Knowledge of safe operation and preventive maintenance; * Preferably reside in the **ABCDM region** or nearby areas. **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Salary:** BRL 20.01 per hour (**average of BRL 4,402.20/month**); * **Medical and dental assistance**; * **On-site meals** (breakfast and lunch); * **Transportation allowance**, entitling up to **4 daily trips** (2 outbound and 2 return). **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Thursday:** 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * **Friday:** 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Employment Type: Permanent CLT Payment: BRL 20.01 per hour Scheduled Weekly Hours: 44 hours Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have experience in this field? * What is your driver's license category?
