Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, organizing, and picking goods, as well as packaging products and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment. Key Highlights: 1. Order picking and packaging with a focus on quality **Receiving and Inspection of Goods upon Arrival:** \- Receive goods and conduct initial inspection, verifying quantities, specifications, and condition of items against invoices. \- Ensure products are in perfect condition prior to storage. **Storage and Inventory Organization:** \- Store products efficiently and systematically to facilitate access and movement within the warehouse. \- Maintain consistently organized inventory with proper labeling for easy item identification. \- Continuously reorganize inventory, adjusting storage spaces as needed to optimize storage capacity and simplify product location. **Order Picking:** \- Pick products according to sales orders, ensuring requested specifications and quantities are accurate. \- Prepare orders for shipment, confirming all required items are included. **Inspection of Goods upon Dispatch:** \- Conduct final order inspection before shipment, verifying that all products and quantities are correct. \- Confirm items are properly packaged and ready for dispatch in accordance with company quality standards. **Packaging:** \- Package products securely and appropriately for transportation, ensuring they arrive at their final destination in perfect condition. \- Use packaging materials efficiently to protect items during transit. **Organization and Cleanliness:** \- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety and accident prevention regulations. \- Collaborate with the team to ensure a safe and productive workplace.
