Communicating with customers for quotations and support ### **Position** Internal Salesperson ### **Salary R$ 1\.621,00\+ 2% commission on sales Working hours: net income above 2\.800** ### **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM with two-hour lunch break; Saturday, 8 AM to 1 PM **Description of responsibilities** Direct counter sales; customer service and sales via the company's WhatsApp during business hours; customer service and sales via the company's Instagram Direct during business hours, rotated among other salespeople; storing merchandise in inventory; keeping the workstation clean and organized; preparing service orders for equipment repair; receiving and replying to customer emails regarding quotations; requesting invoices and payment slips from the administrative team when necessary; proficiency in Portuguese is required to respond to quotation emails politely and promptly; attending to in-person and online customers with friendliness and attentiveness; assisting in maintaining space organization by arranging merchandise and shelves as needed. **Requirements** Experience in counter sales; experience in electronics sales is preferred, but experience in sales at high-volume businesses is sufficient. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
