The professional will also be responsible for fruit sanitation, organization of the work area, and agile customer service. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare juices, smoothies, and beverages according to house standards; * Sanitize, peel, and cut fruits; * Maintain the counter and equipment organized and clean; * Restock supplies and support the kitchen team in daily operations when necessary; * Comply with good food handling practices. **Requirements:** * Experience as a juice maker or in similar roles is a plus; * Agility, organization, and responsibility; * Ability to work effectively in a team.
