Business acumen and commitment to results **Requirements** * Completed bachelor's degree * Mandatory experience in freight transportation companies * Hands-on experience in handling LTL (less-than-truckload), palletized, and heavy cargo operations * Knowledge of cargo volumetric calculation (cubage), freight rate analysis, and logistics cost management * Experience managing operational teams (drivers, inspectors) * Proficiency in logistics systems (SSW is a plus) and Excel **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise logistics operations (pickup, receiving, cross-docking, and dispatch) * Ensure service level, quality, and on-time delivery * Monitor KPIs, targets, and operational performance * Drive process improvement and operational efficiency * Lead a team of approximately 45 employees * Interface with customers and internal departments **Behavioral Profile** * Dynamic profile with high energy and strong sense of urgency * Strong operational execution capability with process-oriented mindset * Customer focus and commitment to service quality * Good communication and people management skills * Business acumen and commitment to results Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Profit-sharing program * Meal voucher Possibility of relocation/moving to the job location: * Guarulhos, SP: Must relocate or commute to the job location prior to starting work (Mandatory) Selection Question(s): * What is your current salary expectation (PJ)?
