**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 6-day rotation, 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Position: Store Operator – Pharmacy We are seeking a responsible, organized professional with excellent customer service skills to work as a Store Operator in our pharmacy. Responsibilities: * Provide courteous and efficient customer service via WhatsApp and iFood;Key Activities: * Greet and assist customers courteously and efficiently. * Restock merchandise on shelves and gondolas. * Check product expiration dates and remove expired or damaged items. * Organize and maintain cleanliness of the department and store. * Price products and verify price labels. * Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming merchandise. * Support inventory control. * Operate the cash register when required. * Package products and assist customers. * Comply with company safety, hygiene, and internal procedure standards. **Requirements:** Requirements: * Completed high school education * Experience in customer service (preferred) * Basic computer knowledge * Strong communication skills and proactivity * Flexible availability for shift work * Knowledge of medications and pharmaceutical products Behavioral Competencies: * Agility. * Attention to detail. * Commitment. * Teamwork. * Responsibility. * Good interpersonal skills. **Benefits:** Life Insurance, Meal Voucher, Food Voucher
