We are seeking a **Store Counter Assistant** to work directly in operations, ensuring **excellent customer service, efficiency, and quality** in the preparation and delivery of bowls, açaí, and other products, always aligned with the company's processes and guidelines. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide friendly and efficient in-person customer service at the counter * Prepare and assemble bowls, açaí, and other products according to company standards * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workplace * Ensure aesthetic consistency and correct portioning of products * Follow and reinforce food hygiene and safety procedures * Support inventory management to minimize waste * Assist with store stock organization * Support the team and management in daily shift operational routines * Contribute to an organized, collaborative, and productive work environment **Job Details** Working Hours: **1:40 PM to 10:00 PM** Schedule: **5 days on, 1 day off** **Salary:** **R$ 1674.56** **Benefits** Transportation allowance or cost-reimbursement (with no payroll deduction) Meal allowance/food voucher – **R$ 350.00/month** Multi-benefit card – **R$ 100.00/month** Life insurance Online medical, nutritional, and psychological assistance – **Starbem Platform** Amil dental plan Wellhub (Gympass) iFood Club **Cash bonus for attendance and performance.**
