Team management and professional development #### **About the Role:** We are looking for a Shipping Supervisor to lead and supervise all outbound goods operations, ensuring delivery efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness. The professional will be responsible for managing the shipping team, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, organize, and supervise daily shipping team activities, including order picking, verification, packaging, and loading. * Ensure shipment accuracy by verifying quantities, products, and fiscal documentation (invoices, delivery notes). * Coordinate material and information flow between shipping and other departments, such as production, warehouse, and transportation. * Manage finished goods inventory in the shipping area, ensuring proper organization and identification. * Optimize loading routes and methods to maximize efficiency and reduce costs. * Train, develop, and motivate the shipping team, fostering a productive and safe work environment. * Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in the area. * Resolve shipping-related issues and discrepancies, seeking effective and timely solutions. * Prepare shipping performance reports, productivity indicators, and quality metrics. * Maintain organization and cleanliness in the shipping department. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed High School education. * Ability to work in a team and lead others. * Problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Proactivity and sense of responsibility. #### **Desirable Qualifications (Preferred):** * Completed High School education. * Ability to work in a team and lead others. * Problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Proactivity and sense of responsibility. #### **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance R$400 * Attendance Bonus R$150 * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Transportation Voucher * Performance Bonus * Courses and Training * Various Discount Partnerships #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * Monday to Saturday, CLT, Full-time.
