Job Summary: Shipping Assistant responsible for planning, organizing, and executing shipping activities, ensuring order preparation, packaging, inspection, inventory control, and continuous process improvement. Responsibilities: * Plan and organize shipping activities, including order preparation, packaging, and labeling; * Ship goods correctly, without damage, and in accordance with customer specifications. This includes inspecting merchandise and verifying that all items are complete and in good condition at the time of delivery; * Ensure appropriate inventory levels and availability of required products for shipping; * Conduct inventories whenever requested; * Maintain accurate records of all shipping activities, including invoices, transport documents, and other necessary records. Ensure all documentation is complete and correct prior to shipment or delivery to the customer; * Identify opportunities to improve shipping processes.
