Join us and contribute to the growth and success of both our partners and our company. **Mission:** As a BI Analyst, you will optimize ETL processes and conduct in-depth data analysis using Power BI and Python to build solutions and generate valuable insights. **Responsibilities** * Proactively contribute innovative solutions that optimize BI and ETL processes, delivering significant value to Evollo. * Plan and monitor BI and ETL development activities, ensuring efficient execution. * Be recognized internally and by peers as a reference point and expert in Power BI and ETL processes. * Develop clear and robust documentation to support maintenance and organization of developments. * Communicate development deliverables clearly and objectively, ensuring understanding and alignment among all stakeholders. * Engage\-in all phases of development—from initial planning through to completion—ensuring exceptional outcomes. **Who We Are Looking For:** * Bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics. * Over 3 years of experience in software development, data analysis, or data manipulation. * Proficiency in Power BI, Python, and SQL is essential. * Familiarity with relational database tools such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server, and non-relational databases such as MongoDB. * Knowledge of ETL tools such as Luigi, Airflow, Oozie, or AWS Glue is a valuable asset. * Experience with big data tools and frameworks such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or cloud-based big data solutions (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus. * Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. * Proactivity, initiative, and attention to detail. **Why Evollo?** At Evollo, you’ll find unlimited opportunities for growth and learning in an environment that values your ideas and encourages innovation.
