Job Summary: The BI Analyst will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and evolution of financial dashboards in Power BI, ensuring structured data and supporting the company's strategic decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Development, maintenance, and evolution of financial dashboards in Power BI. 2. Data manipulation and integration from diverse sources. 3. Contributing to continuous improvement of reports and data governance. The **BI Analyst** will be responsible for **developing, maintaining, and evolving financial dashboards in Power BI**, ensuring structured data, reliable analyses, and support for the company's **strategic decision-making**. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Develop dashboards in **Power BI**, following established templates and standards * Structure, transform, and analyze financial data, including **Revenue, Inflows and Outflows, Budget, Income Statement (DRE), and Cash Flow Statement (DFC)** * Manipulate and integrate data from unstructured sources (.xlsx, .csv, .json, .pdf) * Establish connections with databases and spreadsheets (**SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL**, among others) * Develop and optimize **DAX measures**, ensuring calculation performance and reliability * Publish reports and manage **data governance** via Power BI (Service / Embedded) * Lead technical meetings for requirements gathering, alignment, and validation with stakeholders * Automate processes and integrations within Power BI * Drive continuous improvement of reports by proposing new features and enhancements ### **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Technology, Computer Engineering, Exact Sciences**, or related fields * Or specialized courses in **Power BI** and **Database Fundamentals** ### **Experience and Technical Skills** * Experience developing dashboards across multiple business areas, handling simultaneous requests * **Power Query** and data transformation * **DAX** for creating optimized measures and calculations * **SQL** for querying and manipulating data * Publishing, access control, and administration in **Power BI Service** * Integration and automation of processes in Power BI ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the **Trade Marketing** sector * Strong analytical capability for data interpretation and structuring * Clear, concise, and business-oriented communication * Organizational skills and effective prioritization and demand management ### **Benefits** * Meal Voucher / Food Allowance * Transportation Voucher * Health Insurance * Company Perks Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
