Sales Assistant

Description

Attend customers who call in order to resolve their issues; Personally attend to customers who visit the company when necessary; Conduct sales (check prices and parts, inform amounts and payment methods, inform payment deadlines, print quotations, and complete all procedures required to finalize the sale); Collaborate with the sales supervisor to correctly identify part applications, if any doubts arise; Request price negotiations from the supervisor upon customer request; Direct customers to the cashier and shipping department for payment and product pickup (if the customer is at the company or does not request home delivery). Communicate with internal teams to clarify doubts and explain processes; Inform the supervisor when a customer refuses to accept the merchandise due to discrepancies with the original request; Identify out-of-stock parts and forward the report to the purchasing group via WhatsApp; Inform the purchasing department about parts with incorrect system registrations or parts not yet registered in the system—those not included in the company's product mix but in demand; Respond to quotations sent by fax or e\-mail; Perform pre\-registration of customers in the system; Receive and record customer complaints; Job type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$2\.150,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Sales Assistant (preferred) Work location: On-site
