Ensure quality control for both processes and products Description: Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, or related fields; Residence in Costa Rica\-MS; Willingness to travel within the state of Mato Grosso do Sul; Prior experience as a Technical Responsible in supermarkets is desirable. Main Responsibilities: * Develop and implement GMP manuals for food products and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); * Provide technical guidance across all production processes; * Formulate recipes for products developed by the production department; * Train staff on Good Manufacturing and Handling Practices, including food safety aspects; * Conduct internal sanitary inspections regularly; * Ensure quality control for both processes and products; * Fulfill the technical and legal responsibilities assigned to the establishment by official sanitary inspection authorities; * Review production, inspection, and control records; * Implement and enforce standard operational hygiene procedures; * Monitor inspections conducted by sanitary authorities; * Ensure quality control of products and processes offered by the company; * Uphold Good Manufacturing and Handling Practices for food products; 2510240202201389700
