




Job Summary: Responsible for replenishing and organizing merchandise, monitoring expiration dates, implementing FIFO, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety in the workplace. Implementation of stock rotation (FIFO) * Replenish merchandise in the sales area, verifying prices and arranging items according to store standards. * Monitor expiration dates and conditions of displayed products, ensuring removal of those unsuitable for consumption. * Implement stock rotation using the FIFO (First Expired, First Out) method. * Sort and organize items designated for delivery. * Store products correctly in cold rooms, following appropriate preservation standards. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace. * Comply with food safety, hygiene, and occupational safety regulations.
