Assis Brasil \- São João \- Porto Alegre **Requirements:** Availability and willingness to learn Must be at least 18 years old Completed high school or currently enrolled in the final year of high school **Schedule:** Monday to Friday according to store-specified shifts, plus one Saturday every 15 days. No work on Sundays or holidays. **Compensation and Benefits** Salary: R$1\.703,00 \+ Transportation allowance \+ On-site cafeteria and meal (at no additional cost to the employee) **Responsibilities:** Picking orders placed via the supermarket's digital platform. * Some days will be calmer while others more dynamic — the routine may vary significantly, requiring flexibility and agility; * During periods with no orders to pick, your contribution will be essential in supporting the store, both in packing and restocking products; * Store leadership manages multiple fronts simultaneously; therefore, communications may sometimes arrive with greater urgency or intensity — this is part of the natural rhythm of a fast-paced environment; * The work shift involves standing and moving around the premises. * As this is an e\-commerce operation, we work with tighter targets and deadlines — time awareness and prioritization are constant and challenging.
