Manages people, sample inventory, quarantine batch analysis, and investigation of non-conformities, guaranteeing traceability and integrity of packaged products. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Activities:** Supervise the final product sorting process, ensuring visual inspection, package integrity, and correct identification verification. Monitor production records and ensure batch traceability. Update and monitor batch status in the system, flagging need for reanalysis, release, or disposal. Coordinate and assign tasks to the packaging auxiliary team. Manage work schedules, leave days, vacations, and time tracking. Provide continuous feedback and develop training to enhance team performance. Develop and deliver training on good packaging practices, quality control, and regulatory compliance. Ensure team competence in correctly completing records and using traceability systems. Guarantee proper storage and traceability of counter\-samples, ensuring their availability for reanalysis when required. Verify counter\-sample inventory and direct disposal after expiration. Manage collection, storage, and shipment of samples for laboratory analysis. Evaluate and investigate quarantine batches, identifying root causes of deviations and proposing corrective actions. Supervise packaging compliance, ensuring labels, mandatory seals (e.g., InPev for pesticides), and other specifications are correct. Create, review, and ensure implementation of Work Instructions (WIs), One Point Lessons (OPLs), and Records (REGs). Prepare technical reports on process performance, deviation investigations, and quality indicators. Participate in interdepartmental alignment meetings and support internal and external audits. Develop and implement action plans to optimize processes and mitigate failures.
