Job Summary: Senior Quality Control Analyst to conduct analyses, develop procedures, monitor standards, and collaborate with teams to improve processes and products, preferably in plastics. Collaboration with teams to resolve non-conformities **SENIOR QUALITY CONTROL** **Work schedule:** 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Thursday onsite; Friday remote (after training period). Work location will alternate between the central office in Brás, São Paulo; factories in Guarulhos, Mauá, and Embu das Artes. **Requirements:** · Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields. · Prior experience in quality control, preferably in plastic products such as utensils, toys, or packaging. · Ability to work with quality control systems and tools. · Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** · Experience in quality audits. · Knowledge of standards and regulations applicable to toys and food-contact products. Additional certifications in quality or related areas. · Personal vehicle. · Intermediate English proficiency. **Responsibilities:** · Conduct quality analyses and tests on products, raw materials, and production processes at partner suppliers. · Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies. · Monitor and ensure compliance with company-established quality standards. · Collaborate with internal teams to resolve non-conformities and propose process improvements. · Prepare detailed reports on inspections performed and results obtained. · Support internal and external audits.
