We are looking for a diligent QA Analyst to join our team. **About The Role:** * As our solo QA Analyst, you'll own the end\-to\-end quality assurance process across all e\-commerce websites and funnels, ensuring that all builds are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards. * Create clear, high\-quality QA test cases that validate both functionality and real user experience across our e\-commerce site. You should approach testing from a customer perspective: thinking through how shoppers browse, compare, add to cart, apply discounts, check out, and recover from errors. In short, you will proactively test the paths and edge cases that real users are likely to encounter. * Build, maintain, and document reusable QA checklist templates for consistent testing across devices and browsers. * Perform manual QA testing across development builds, staging environments, and live releases. * Log clear, actionable bug reports and collaborate closely with engineers and platform teams to resolve them. * Conduct regular “bug hunts” to identify critical issues and proactively follow up to ensure timely fixes. * Support the team in diagnosing and resolving live site issues quickly and efficiently. * Remote role, work from anywhere * The compensation range for this role is $1,200–$1,800, depending on experience **About You:** * You have hands\-on experience with e\-commerce websites and understand how customers interact with them, either through prior professional experience in e\-commerce, or because you actively use and enjoy online shopping experiences. * You are detail\-oriented and have a sharp eye for design and UX details and excel at spotting inconsistencies others miss. You also have a strong design sensibility and are able to identify when a layout feels off\-balance * You naturally think about edge\-cases, friction points, and trust issues that can affect a customer's decision to complete a purchase * You're organized, methodical, and committed to continuous improvement. * You think critically, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly across teams. * You're passionate about building seamless, high\-performing digital experiences. * Must have experience with BrowserStack, project management tools, and working with e\-commerce brands. Shopify experience is a plus. * Familiarity with A/B testing and basic web development processes preferred. * Must be able to work EST hours. * Must be available to start in the next 4 weeks
