Job Mission Responsible for supporting operational routines of equipment safely, aiming to deliver finished products in accordance with quality requirements and scheduled deadlines. Main Responsibilities Operate the Box Unloader, Pallet Depalletizer, Box Loader, Palletizer, Bottle Washer, Pasteurizer, Labeler, Packager, Filler, and Electronic Inspector by adhering to operational standards and acquired training; Perform periodic inspections on processes and products to control and record quality parameters according to established standards through adherence to MCO (Maintenance of Operational Conditions) routines; Carry out autonomous maintenance and lubrication activities linked to MCB (Maintenance of Basic Conditions) and MCO (Maintenance of Operational Conditions) on operated equipment; Implement TPM (Total Productive Management) by recording and analyzing failures occurring in equipment and processes under your responsibility; Execute mechanical or electrical maintenance interventions (as qualified) by completing planned activities outlined in maintenance orders; Perform workplace organization and cleaning tasks by following the existing cleaning plan and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment; Participate in the continuous improvement process of performance indicators at your workplace through involvement in continuous improvement teams.
