As a Production Assistant, you will be responsible for organizing the sector, bagging and palletizing finished products, and ensuring quality standards. * Work on the Bagging Line; * Bale, palletize, seal, and transport pallets within the manufacturing environment; * Handle packaging materials weighing up to 30 kg; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area; * Follow safety and quality standards. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:30 AM to 6:18 PM; weekends as requested by management. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prior production experience is a plus; * Commitment, agility, and attention to detail; * Availability for shift work and overtime, if required. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Elementary Education; * Female candidates preferred. **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * On-site meals; * Productivity bonus; * Transportation.
