Main Responsibilities: The Production Assistant will be responsible for supporting various stages of the paint manufacturing process, including: * Assisting in the preparation and segregation of raw materials and supplies for production. * Monitoring and supporting the mixing and filling processes of paints. * Performing palletizing, labeling, and packaging of finished products. * Ensuring organization and cleanliness of machinery and the production area. * Conducting product verification and assisting in inventory control. * Strictly adhering to safety regulations (PPE) and the company’s quality standards. Essential Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Availability to work in shifts (if applicable, specify). * Proactivity, agility, and organizational skills. * Willingness and interest in learning new tasks. * Ability to work effectively in a team.
