If you share our values, join our team! **Main Responsibilities** * Receive, inspect, and organize raw materials and components required for production. * Verify the quality and quantity of received materials. * Assist in the setup, operation, and monitoring of production machinery and equipment. * Support the product assembly process, following instructions and established standards. * Perform operational tasks on the production line, such as assembly and packaging. * Conduct periodic inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards. * Identify nonconformities and report deviations to the immediate supervisor. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace. * Perform basic maintenance on equipment and tools when necessary. * Strictly comply with safety procedures and correctly use PPE. * Assist in loading, unloading, and handling of materials and finished products. * Support inventory control and warehouse organization. * Complete operational records and report production data, such as volumes and process times. * Collaborate with the team to achieve production targets. * Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and leadership to continuously improve processes. **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in an industrial environment will be considered an advantage. * Basic knowledge of machine operation and production routines. * Familiarity with quality control and occupational safety. * Organized, proactive profile with strong teamwork skills.
