Here, you can discover new challenges, new horizons, new goals—and even more about yourself! **Responsibilities and Assignments** **DATA:** GS O Location: Suzano, SP Applications until: 12/10/2025 **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, and Environmental requirements through adherence to company-established guidelines and standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001, and the Good Sense 5S Program, as well as other procedures of the Integrated Management System (IMS). * Comply with safety procedures and environmental requirements, safeguarding your own physical integrity and that of others involved in your activities, and preserving company assets. * Follow quality management system procedures and operational instructions, supporting the continuous improvement process and staying constantly updated with documentation available in the system. * Contribute to the organization, cleanliness, and maintenance of environments, equipment, and materials used in storage and transfer operations of inputs. * Help eliminate workplace accidents and improve the work environment by complying with safety regulations, understanding and observing environmental aspects and impacts related to your activities. * Observe and comply with instructions and precautions outlined in Risk Prevention Analyses (RPAs), safeguarding your own physical integrity and that of others involved in your activities. * Record nonconformities and substandard safety practices identified within the department. * Monitor and assist in sample collection for laboratory analysis at the central lab; monitor execution of maneuvers listed in checklists; inspect areas and ensure their organization. * Support area operators during routine maneuvers and cleaning of predetermined areas per shift. * Read and interpret flowcharts to subsequently track production lines along their designated paths within the areas. * Observe maintenance activities to better understand area equipment. * Monitor inspections of equipment located along the assigned route, noting any damages indicated by the equipment. * Serve as a role model for safe behavior, encouraging the team to practice active and responsible care. * Promote strict adherence to safety procedures and integrate prevention into daily routines. Encourage proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and exercise of the right to refuse unsafe tasks in cases of serious risk, fostering proposal of solutions for risk control.
